The Door frame is made of high-quality aluminum alloy with customized colors; the Insulated Glass used in this door has 2-pane and 3-pane solutions for the cooler and freezer. The arrangement of the insulated glass should be 4mm Low-E Tempered with 4mm Tempered to balance the Glass Door’s performance and cost, and a 4mm Low-E Tempered and 4mm Heated Tempered with a 4mm or 3.2mm float or tempered glass in the middle for the low-temperature requirement. More than 85% argon filled to better anti-dew and anti-condensation. These kinds of Aluminum frame glass doors can also be designed for a walk-in cooler or freezer.

To meet the versatile requirement for Coolers, Freezers, Refrigerators, Showcases, and other Commercial Refrigeration projects, we also have different frame structures, or we can also design or open mold according to the clients drawing. The most significant advantage of our Aluminum Frame Glass Door should be our laser welding technology. According to the Aluminum frame structure, we use welding the frame with a laser welding machine to ensure our doors are much more robust with a smooth welding surface and a great look of the frame.

 

From the Sheet Glass entering our factory, we have strict QC and inspection in every processing, including Glass Cutting, Glass Polishing, Silk Printing, Tempering, Insulating, Assembly, etc. We have all the necessary inspection records to track each piece of our deliveries.
